Karen is a Consultant.
She has worked in legal property related areas since her qualification as a solicitor some 25 years ago. Karen has a wide experience in all areas of residential conveyancing to include all aspects of shared ownership work including staircasing and resale.
Karen acts for many returning clients assisting them in their property ownership journey and also acts for a number of established residential property developers both in resales and developing property portfolios. Karen can assist in negotiating residential lease extensions, deeds of variation and high value transactions.
Karen’s focus is on delivering high client service, ensuring clients are fully informed throughout the transaction and developing the client relationship. This is demonstrated by the number of returning clients seeking Karen’s assistance when they venture in to the property market.
