Katie Williams

Solicitor - Property law

Katie is a consultant.

She qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 and deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of Freehold and Leasehold properties, remortgages and equity release.

Having studied Law at the University of Southampton, Katie completed her LPC at The University of Law in Guildford and went on to train with a leading South London firm, where she gained valuable experience following her qualification. Katie has a wide range of conveyancing experience with links to Kent, Surrey and South London, although she assists clients all over the country. Katie always ensures that her clients are kept updated throughout the conveyancing process and her clients and colleagues appreciate her friendly yet professional approach.

Katie prides herself on her client service and as a result the majority of her clients come to her through recommendations either from her former clients or from fellow professionals.

Away from work, Katie enjoys spending time with her young family and (when she finds a moment!) reading and relaxing in her garden.
