With 16 years of experience as a property lawyer, Kirsty brings a wealth of expertise and a strong academic background in law, psychology, and business. She is a CILEx Paralegal certified by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, which complements her extensive hands-on experience in the property sector. Kirsty's most recent role is in collaboration with CILEx themselves in becoming a policy professional panellist so her experience can help transform and shape that of conveyancing within CILEx’s practice guidance and policy content.

Throughout her career, she has managed a diverse range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, matrimonial transfers, voluntary registrations, adverse possession of unregistered land, and reconstructions of title due to lost title deeds. She has also successfully managed her own extensive caseload and taken on the responsibility of supervising and training internal and external post-completion teams.

Kirsty's approach to her work is characterised by passion, dedication and a relentless drive to solve problems efficiently. She prides herself on being a good communicator, always aiming to be down-to-earth and relatable, ensuring clients feel understood and well-supported.
