Liz qualified as a Licenced Conveyancer in 2010 and has a wide knowledge of transactional matters including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, remortgage, shared ownership, right to buy, help to buy and lease extensions.
Having worked in many areas of the country, Liz has experience in properties located in rural and central locations.
