Louise has been practising law and specifically litigation for over 16 years. She deals with Professional Negligence, Insurance litigation, Commercial disputes as well as product liability and building disputes. During her career, she has gained huge insight into other professional’s legal duties which very much assists when advising on Professional Negligence matters. She is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association (PNLA).
In addition to her case work, Louise, as Deputy Head of Civil Litigation is responsible for the operational management of the department ensuring compliance with its obligations and providing growth and strategy plans. She is responsible for providing regular training sessions to the firm’s junior lawyers and also delivers presentations to clients on developing areas of law.
Louise is an empathetic but business-like person who understands clients’ needs and helps them navigate complex litigation, presenting solutions that align with their goals. Louise has the ability to take the complicated and make it simple, so that clients can understand their matter and how best to get the desired outcome
