In addition, Luke assists both corporate and individual clients in the more niche markets of part exchange, auction and alternative finance solutions; such as lifetime leases and equity release. As a result of his part exchange connections Luke has several years’ experience within the rapidly growing park homes market.
With his experience of working within exacting timescales, Luke can also assist with bridging finance in either open market or auction settings.
