Lynne is a specialist commercial property solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in 1999.
She deals with all aspects of commercial property law from landlord and tenant issues to leases, authorised guarantee agreement issues, assignments, surrenders and licenses. Her previous experience has involved dealing with land acquisitions and disposals for a wide variety of clients, and large corporate disposals including a car dealership and a major house builder.
Her specialist area of expertise is insolvency-related property law. She has previously acted for administrators, receivers and liquidators in property disposals and acquisitions.
Away from work, she is chair of governors at the local primary school that both her children attended.
