Partner - litigation

Mark is a partner and a Consultant within the civil litigation department.

He has over 10 years’ experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution (both on an individual and commercial level).

Mark acts for clients in high value commercial and construction disputes. He is also instructed on personal injury matters (including clinical negligence), commercial lease litigation, lease forfeiture and claims relating to private nuisance, trespass, debt recovery and possession.

He takes instructions on a broad range of civil matters and heads up a team of experienced solicitors.

Mark is attached to the Peterborough office but works remotely in Manchester and can travel to meet clients.
