Marni has previously worked in the property industry for the past 25 years, working as a Solicitor Panel Manager within Conveyancing for the last 13 years.
She has developed lasting relationships with business partners and managing multiple pipelines with multiple legal firms. Marni now looks after the non-property team based out of our Peterborough office, her team focus on driving referrals through our non-property areas, working closely with our Property Team in Reigate.
Qualifying the clients needs and allocating to the appropriate Solicitor. Monitoring the referral to ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner, enhancing the customer journey, triaging and estimating, saving valuable fee earner time.
Currently working with Litigation, Action Against the Police, Employment, Private Client and Family, more departments to follow as the team expands.
