Mat is a Consultant at Taylor Rose. He qualified as a CLC Licenced Conveyancer in November 2019 after completing the Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing. In addition to his professional qualifications, Mat has a BA(Hons) in Law.
Mat retrained as a Conveyancer in 2016 after spending 16 years as a project manager in the construction industry.
Since retraining, Mat has dealt with over 500 property transactions including, but not limited to, new build purchases, unregistered land, Help to Buy, right to buy, adverse possession and remortgages in both freehold and leasehold matters.
Mat has gained vast experience in dealing with clients throughout both careers and takes a pro-active approach to every transaction.
