Matthew qualified as a solicitor in 2017 while working at a boutique property firm in London, dealing with all aspects of residential property and later becoming the head of the residential property department of that firm before starting a new chapter at Taylor Rose as a consultant.
Over the years, he has gained considerable experience in dealing with residential property matters including typical conveyancing of freehold & leasehold property, re-mortgages, secured lending, shared ownership leases, right to buy, development projects, auction properties, statutory and private lease extensions and matters arising between landlord and tenant.
Matthew works with a wide range of clients from established lenders and property developers through to first time buyers and landlords.
