Matthew joined Taylor Rose MW in July 2021, working in our archive and document control department. He decided that he wanted to move from this role and become a client care coordinator due to his passion for delivering exceptional levels of service to clients.
As a client care coordinator, Matthew's role involves responding to client complaints, conducting impartial investigations and creating solutions in response.
Before starting at Taylor Rose MW, Matthew worked in the hospitality and customer service industry from the ages of 16 to 27. From here, he worked his way up and eventually went on to run his own restaurant for two years.
