Mia has diplomas in Business, Finance and English Language and has previously worked in digital marketing and customer service. She is a part of the Client Care team, which aims to improve the client care experience by resolving complaints efficiently and collecting data.
As a client care co-ordinator, Mia is responsible for impartially investigating and organising resolutions of client complaints alongside recording and engaging with online reviews of the business. Mia also collects and relays feedback from client reviews for the improvement of client experience.
