Michaela is a Solicitor in the Corporate Commercial team in our London, Carter Lane office. Michaela advises a variety of clients on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions for both buyers and sellers, management buy outs, share buybacks, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, and general corporate matters.
Michaela qualified as a Solicitor with Taylor Rose in 2023 through the SQE route. Prior to qualification, Michaela achieved a first-class Law degree at the University of Hertfordshire and a Distinction in the LPC and LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law.
