Michelle is a Consultant. She has a Law Degree and is an experienced residential Conveyancer. Predominantly dealing with re-mortgages, freehold, leasehold, sales purchases, and new build properties.
Working on a client centred basis, keeping her clients updated every step of the way, has resulted in a lot of repeat business and a good working relationship with estate agents and brokers.
Wildlife law is also something Michelle studied and possesses good knowledge of. She has an equine and an agricultural background, this can be useful when dealing with such property transactions. Especially when bats, owls or birds of prey could be nesting in out buildings.
Michelle enjoys cooking, horse riding and agricultural shows. Michelle can also fly light aircraft and drive tractors!
Michelle is also a qualified driving instructor of 22 years.
