Mohamed qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and has been practising in the following areas of law:
Immigration Law
Family Law including child custody issues
Civil Litigation
Property Litigation
Mohamed has a Law degree from the University of Greenwich. He did his Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law and was a called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2003 (unregistered barrister). After his successful completion of QLTT, he was admitted as a solicitor in 2008.
He is very experienced in handling immigration cases ranging from applications to the Home Office, appeals at the Tribunals (First-Tier and Upper Tribunal), Judicial Reviews and appeals at the Court of Appeal. He is also very experienced in handling Family cases, Civil Litigation matters and litigation pertaining to properties, such as proceedings to forfeit a lease and ranging from the lower Courts to the Court of Appeal.
