Mohammad Ashraf- Consultant Personal Injury Solicitor

Mohammad has been working in personal injury since 2011 and qualified as a solicitor in 2017. Mohammad completed his LLB Hons Law degree at the University of Birmingham before completing the vocational Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Birmingham.

Mohammad has a breadth of experience in personal injury litigation, having dealt with and settled hundreds of personal injury claims, including settlements which have made a significant difference to the quality of life of his clients.

Mohammad has represented many clients in cases which have not settled out of court, successfully litigating and winning the cases at trial or close to trial. He prides himself in providing a great level of service to his clients in instances where the opponent is unreasonably denying liability for an accident or failing to make a sensible settlement offer. In such instances where the opponent is conducting the case unreasonably, Mohammad does not hesitate in proactively engaging the opponent to settle the claim, failing which he does not shy away from issuing court proceedings to secure a favourable outcome for his clients.

In his spare time, Mohammad likes playing sports, especially snooker in which he regularly competes in competitions, and he also enjoys having a good go at football. Mohammad also volunteers in charity work.
