Nicholas is a Partner in our Corporate and Commercial team. He mainly operates out of Bedford, Peterborough, and London.
Nicholas qualified as a solicitor in 1995 with a City law firm. Since then he has gained significant experience in the City, internationally, and with regional law firms. Nicholas also worked inhouse at a City bank.
Nicholas has a BA(Hons) from King's College, London, an MSc(Econ) from the LSE, and a MBA from Oxford University.
Nicholas specialises in corporate, commercial, and banking and finance law. Nicholas enjoys assisting entrepreneurs and owner/managers with selling their business, and providing ongoing legal assistance such as complex share issues, buyback of shares, or commercial contracts.
