Nina is a Consultant.
Her primary focus is on international and domestic family law matters, in particular the financial aspects of relationship breakdown, private law children matters and pre/post nuptial agreements. She is able to see a way through even the most complicated and intractable cases and prides herself on delivering a personal service, the success of which is evidenced by the large number of past clients who have returned over the years.
Nina also specialises in corporate real estate and complex residential property transactions and other matters for both freehold and leasehold assets. Her litigation background includes the acquisition and disposal of high value freehold and leasehold property, including pre-immigration and estate succession planning, off-plan acquisitions, contract assignments and tenancy agreements. Advice includes property finance (transfers of equity, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, bridging loans), privately negotiated lease extensions, private rental sector, hotel accommodation, urban extensions and residential development projects.
Nina obtained the LPC from the University of Law and qualified as a solicitor in 2015.
Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor Nina has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
