Patrick adeptly handles everything from straightforward sales to complex joint sales and purchases, lease extensions, and the transfer of equity.
Patrick’s career began with a Business Studies degree and a Postgraduate Law Degree from the University of Limerick, Ireland, followed by an apprenticeship and qualification as a solicitor in 2015. Before moving to the UK, he practiced as a General Practice Solicitor in Limerick, gaining a comprehensive legal foundation.
