Paul has been qualified as a Solicitor for over 25 years and had practised as a litigator throughout. He has vast experience of most civil disputes ranging from contract disputes, shareholder disputes, building disputes, neighbour disputes, professional negligence claims, injunctions, debt claims on behalf of claimants and defendants and is also experienced in handling high value costs claims on behalf of insurers.
Paul is regularly instructed by legal expenses insurers to pursue and defend claims on behalf of their policy holders.
Paul is happy to consider acting on under a conditional fee agreement, a damages based agreement, a discounted conditional fee agreement or on a private fee paying basis.
Prior to joining Taylor Rose as a Consultant, Paul was a partner in a large commercial firm and ran his own firm for 10 years.
