Paul is a Consultant Commercial lawyer with substantial experience in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of commercial practice. He is a Solicitor Advocate and a specialist in the field of asset-tracing and the enforcement of foreign judgment. His clients include foreign companies and HNWI individuals seeking to enforce judgment against assets in England.
He also advises clients in cross-border work, assisting investors with due diligence when prospecting for business opportunities in Nigeria.
He is the Editor of the Legal Guide to Investing in Nigeria and the Founding Chairman of Nigerians in the Square Mile (NISM) - the prestigious and influential body of Nigerian professionals in the City of London.
