Paul (also known as Shmuli) qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and his cross-border experience of as a corporate transactions and litigation led to him being head-hunted to work at Israel's largest law firm. Since 2012, Paul has developed a niche practice, conducting forensic investigations of freehold and leasehold titles and is one of the most sought-after litigators, specialising in block management and leasehold litigation.
Paul acts for freeholders and leaseholders, as well as Tribunal-appointed managers. In addition, Paul writes leases for new developments, including conversions from houses to flats and from commercial to residential, while continuing to undertake corporate commercial work.
