Payall qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 having achieved a First Class Honours degree in Law at University and a commendation in the Legal Practice Course. She trained at a high-street firm and subsequently moved to the Co-operative Legal Services where she was later appointed as the Legal Aid Team Leader.
Payall has a varied Family Law practice. She represents clients in matters of divorce and financial relief, cohabitation law and separation, child arrangements and care proceedings. There is often considerable cross-over between different family law problems and thus her experience enables her to consider the broader picture when working with clients.
Payall has also gained some experience with international child abduction and child adoption work and hopes to build on this in her practice. Payall conducts her own advocacy where possible and takes on both legal aid funded and private paying clients alike.
She also speaks Gujarati and Hindi.
