Rachel qualified as a Solicitor in 2010.
She joined us in September 2020 having spent the previous three years at a specialist leasehold firm acting on both individual and bulk lease extensions.
Rachel is able to assist both Freeholders and Leaseholders through the process of leasehold enfranchisement and aims to make the process as stress free and painless as possible.
Rachel enjoys spending her free time combining her love of photography and walking by exploring the Surrey Hills with her dog.
