Rachel has a degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham and has previously worked in customer service and hospitality. She is part of the Client Care team, which aims to improve the client experience by resolving complaints efficiently and collecting client feedback.
Rachel’s role is to respond to client complaints by conducting impartial investigations. Rachel also assists the Head of Client Care in monitoring client feedback from satisfaction surveys and review sites, helping the business to improve its service for future clients.
