Rekha has acted on a number of high value leasehold residential property transactions in London and the South-East. The majority of her caseload involves residential sale, purchase and re-mortgage transactions. Rekha receives many instructions from a loyal client base in the London area, with most of her work generated from repeat clients, personal recommendations and referrals by existing clients.
She has also established an excellent reputation for her work both with fellow professionals and clients many of whom she has acted for on many occasions over the years. Rekha recognises that the conveyancing process can at times be a stressful one for clients, and therefore keeps clients informed at every stage of the process and provides a simple, jargon-free and empathetic approach to each transaction.
Rekha is committed to providing an exceptional service with a personal touch to each matter and has careful attention to detail. She has worked in conveyancing since 1998 from an office administration role to legal secretary to paralegal. In 2003 she embarked on the journey to gain a qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. Rekha subsequenlty qualified in 2006, whilst working at a respected firm in London, where she also completed her training.
After qualifying in 2006 Rekha joined a well known local firm of solicitors where she acted for a bridging finance lender in securing their lending over residential and commercial property.
In 2010 she started her own conveyancing practice until 2023 when she decided to join Taylor Rose.
In her spare time, Rekha enjoy the outdoors, walking and trekking. She also loves spending time in the garden and growing new plants from cuttings. Rekha also volunteers at community events and enjoys spending time with community members.
