Having previously worked in in the television industry Richard Collins undertook a conversion course at City University in 2011 before completing his Legal Practice Certificate in 2012.
Richard is a Consultant.
He completed a training contract at a Buckinghamshire based Legal 500 law firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2015. During his training contract Richard decided to specialise in residential property as he enjoyed the nature of Property Transactions and the opportunity to speak directly to clients. Richard has been specialising in all aspects of residential property since.
Richard acts in matters covering the full spectrum of residential property, acting for private clients, companies, lenders and specialising in new build developments acting for both buyers and for developers. Richard specialises in high value property sales and purchases and complex matters including work resulting from settled disputes including granting easements, drafting leases and auction sales/purchases.
