Saiqa qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and works in Residential & Commercial property and also deals with Property litigation matters. Saiqa obtained a Law degree from the University of Greenwich and completed her Legal Practice Course at The College of Law. After having gained immense legal experience in various law firms, she completed her training contract at Addie & Co Solicitors.

With over 10 years of experience in drafting and negotiating, she has acted for residential and commercial landlords and tenants in connection with claims of non-payment of rent, breach of covenant and disputes over property rights. She has worked closely with local authorities to obtain injunctions and prohibition orders.
Saiqa also deals with Transfers of Equity and has extensive knowledge in dealing with Sharia Compliant Mortgages.
