Sandy is a Consultant Solicitor.
Having completed her degree in Law from the University of Wolverhampton and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Birmingham Sandy began her career as a receptionist/secretary within a law firm. Over a period of 10 years she qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and worked her way up to become a Director.
Sandy specialises in residential conveyancing and has built a strong rapport with local agents and clients with many returning to her and recommending her services.
Sandy is able to advise on and carry out transactions ranging from freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy and staircasing.
