Sarah is an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, having qualified in 2014 after earning her MA in Law from the University of Bristol and a Legal Practitioner's Certificate with commendation from UWE. With a strong academic background, including a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Sarah has cultivated a broad skill set in handling diverse and complex conveyancing matters.
Sarah's clientele ranges from first-time buyers to seasoned landlords investing in Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs). She is well-versed in managing various complexities, including new leaseholds, unregistered properties, new builds, and auction sales and title investigations. Her expertise also extends to shared ownership transactions, making her a trusted resource for clients navigating intricate property deals.
A member of the Bournemouth & District Law Society, Sarah is also passionate about electronic music, art, and live music events, where she spends much of her free time.
