Sarah is a Consultant and has worked in Residential Conveyancing for over 20 years and qualified as an Associate Legal Executive for the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2009.
Sarah joined Taylor Rose in October 2022 and has an excellent working relationship with Estate Agents and work sources – especially those in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire and Oakham, Rutland.
Sarah specialises in Freehold Sales and Purchases although has experience also of Leasehold Sales and Purchases including those that have the assistance of the Help to Buy Scheme and the Ministry of Defence Long Service Advance of Pay Awards, Shared Ownership transactions, Transfers of Equity and Re-Mortgages. She works to a high standard and is particularly well known for her efficient and friendly service to clients, existing and new.
Sarah has lived in Melton Mowbray for many years and has vast local knowledge of this market town and surrounding villages and areas.
