Sharon Parnell is a Consultant with us and Chartered Legal Executive in our Family team with over 28 years’ experience in family law matters, having held advanced Family Law Panel accreditation with the Law Society and a member of Resolution, determined for matters to proceed amicably in a non-confrontational way whenever possible being extremely focused on the needs and well being of children and the parties.
Sharon deals with cohabitation legal issues, separation, divorce and financial settlements, with vast experience of high net worth divorces, interim and long-term spousal maintenance and enforcement of orders. Sharon also regularly acts for parents and grandparents in both straightforward and complex child law issues including child custody legal disputes.
In contrast to this, but of equal importance, Sharon deals with smaller cases. Having worked as a housing lawyer in the past, Sharon was involved in defending parties in possession proceedings as well as volunteering at the Citizens Advice Bureau.
Sharon offers friendly, caring and very experienced advice in all aspects of relationship breakdown. She is approachable, friendly and very matter of fact with a deep understanding of the emotional issues surrounding this very personal and difficult area of law.
