Sharon is a Consultant. She qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and has a wealth of experience in property law, working at law firms as well as in-house at a prominent Housing Association.
Sharon specialises in a wide range of residential transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new build properties (including dealing with help to buy mortgages), lease renewals, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and auction sales/purchases. Her experience ranges from assisting first time buyers to high net worth clients on multi million pound transactions.
Sharon enjoys building strong relationships with clients, as well as with other interested parties, to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.
In her spare time, Sharon enjoys baking and going for long walks in the countryside.
