Siânis a Consultant.
She has a First Class Degree in LLB Law with Honours from Swansea University and has recently completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Guildford. Siân began working in conveyancing alongside her Law Degree at a small local firm.
Siân deals with residential transactions, including both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
Siân works hard to maintain good communication with clients, ensuring that they are kept up to date to take the stress out of their transaction. Siân prides herself on being highly organised, working within clients' desired timescales.
