Sonia qualified as a Solicitor in August 2017. She has worked in property law since 2013 and specialises in residential conveyancing. She can handle a variety of transactions and deals with registered and unregistered property, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, right to buys, freehold and leasehold.
Sonia is a Consultant with us.
Sonia can also confidently act for Corporate entities looking to purchase residential property.
With 10 years of conveyancing exposure Sonia also has delivered training courses to local estate agents, surveyors and valuers on varying aspects of the conveyancing transaction including specialist areas such as leasehold property, extensions of leases and septic tank enquiries.
Sonia has demonstrated great people management skills and business acumen whilst holding the role as Head of Residential Conveyancing in her previous employment.
Sonia is also fluent in Punjabi. She can confidently support and provide accessible legal conveyancing services to Punjabi speaking clients.
