Tanel qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and has over 25 years’ experience in independent practice working on property matters. He is a Consultant at Taylor Rose.
He has an honours degree in Law from University College London, and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in London.
Tanel’s focus is on providing advice to both freeholders and leaseholders on many aspects of commercial property, including new lease grants and acquisitions, renewals, surrenders, sales and purchases, variations, consent applications and rent reviews.
Tanel is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and is fluent in Turkish.
