Tanya is a Consultant who has been working in the field of Immigration law for almost 30 years. She is an RFL (Registered Foreign Lawyer) regulated by the SRA.
She has an LLB (Hons.) degree from the University of Lagos and was called to the Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1981. She obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) from the London School of Economics, University of London in 1983. She worked for the Judicial Services Committee of the now defunct GLC, (Greater London Council) until 1986. Tanya has worked in a number of voluntary sector roles in the field of Immigration and Nationality law where she developed a passion for this area of law.
Tanya was a founding member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association and remains a member. Her passion coupled with empathy, extensive experience, expertise, an emphasis on attention to detail, research skills, and a strong desire to achieve results for her clients has earned her a solid reputation. Tanya co- founded a law firm in 2001 where she remained a Partner for over 20 years. She is an RFL (Registered Foreign Lawyer) regulated by the SRA.
