Tanya is a Consultant. She qualified as a solicitor in 2015. She has extensive experience of managing a range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, most recently as a legal head of department. Tanya can assist you with the following :-

• Disputes over Wills (validity, undue influence i.e. pressure/manipulation when decisions made, executor conduct)

• Inheritance Act Claims (financial provision for those excluded from a Will)
