Tofiq is a Consultant with over 35 years’ legal experience and has worked in small, medium and large organisations and has been a partner in a number of London firms.
He has substantial experience in property litigation and lease disputes, as well as general civil and commercial matters such as disputes between shareholders. He also has considerable experience in children law and is a member of the Law Society Children Law Accreditation Scheme.
