Valerio is a Consultant Solicitor who assists domestic and foreign clients, both individuals and businesses, operating in the art, insurance, oil & gas, fashion, transport, agricultural and supply sector, working mainly on commercial disputes, cross-border litigation, business acquisitions and disposals including share and asset sales.
Valerio is an Arbitrator at the International Chamber of Arbitration (Italy) and has successfully completed an executive course in Islamic Banking and Finance delivered by the International Chamber of Commerce.
Over the past few years, Valerio has incorporated a number of companies in Africa as part of an international expansion plan of a European client company worth in excess of £500,000,000.00. With his litigation team, he has devised a new method to serve court documents by way of NFT on the blockchain (the first case in Europe) and has successfully obtained interim reliefs in the High Court for international clients working in a multinational team of lawyers.
He who graduated in Law from London South Bank University and subsequently obtained an LLM in Legal Practice from City, University of London; is currently pursuing a PhD in International Tax Law at Tor Vergata University of Rome focusing on the tax liabilities and relating tax mitigation strategies of cross-border art transactions between England and Italy.
