Wendy started her legal career straight from college in 1986 and has worked primarily in Residential Conveyancing ever since, working her way up the legal ladder to a Fee Earning position in 2007. She qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2021 and is a Consultant at Taylor Rose.
Wendy specialises in all aspects of property transactions, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity and Auction properties.
Wendy always aims to provide an efficient and personal service for all her clients and is regularly recommended bgy the local Estate Agents and previous clients.
