Yitendra is a Consultant. He qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in August 2012 and has also recently qualified as a Licensed Probate Practitioner.
Yitendra was previously Head of Conveyancing at several previous firms.
His practice covers all aspects of residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions and bridging matters. He has experience in both, freehold and leasehold transactions, help to buy and new builds as well as working on shared ownership schemes.
Yitendra enjoys working closely with his clients and having worked with lenders, developers and international high net worth clients he is able to tailor the service he provides to the individual. He has built, developed and retained key relationships with local estate agents and financial advisers over the past 7 years in practice.
