Zakia qualified as a Consultant Licensed Conveyancer in September 2021. She has over 5 years’ experience in Conveyancing specialising in residential Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, with experience dealing with Transfers of Equity, remortgages and unregistered land.
Zakia believes that buying a home is likely to be the biggest financial transaction a person will ever make, and therefore likes to ensure that her clients are kept proactively informed thus making the process of buying and selling as smooth as possible.
