Zoe Haynes

Solicitor - Property and Agriculture

Zoë’s legal career began in 2003, as an Assistant Case Handler at a national law firm, in residential conveyancing.

Zoë qualified as a Solicitor in 2007, in Birmingham City Centre, specialising in commercial property matters, later moving in-house, looking after a large portfolio of commercial properties in Birmingham City Centre for a commercial landlord.

Zoë also worked in Herefordshire, as Head of Department, dealing with agricultural properties, woodlands (including Woodland Grants), fishing rights, unregistered titles, promotion agreements and applications for possessory title and to determine boundaries following boundary disputes.

Zoë has a very broad knowledge of residential and commercial matters, including rural and agricultural properties, buy to let properties, holiday lets, commercial landlord and tenant work and commercial and residential conveyancing (value up to £7 million). Zoë joined Taylor Rose in 2020.

Zoë’s recent work has also included:

  • Sale and Leaseback Arrangement

    The splitting of a freehold property, so that our client could live in one part and rent out and re-finance the other.

  • Conditional Sale Agreement with Overage

    A Conditional Sale Agreement of bare land, with an Overage Agreement requiring the conditional payment of an uplift.

  • Bare Plot Purchases for Developers

    The purchase of bare development plots for small developers.
