Anne is a Consultant Conveyancer here at Taylor Rose.

She is qualified as a CLC licensed conveyancer and has got many years of practical experience in most areas of residential conveyancing including: Sale/Purchase of freehold and Leasehold houses and flats, Transfer of equity, Remortgage, Right to buy, Shared ownership, Buy to lets, purchases by Limited Companies and New build purchases. Anne also acts on purchase Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA) related properties, such as high-rise building/properties affected by cladding

Anne first started working as a conveyancing assistant many years ago, and then became a fee earner, managing her own caseload.

Since Anne completed her Legal practice course (LPC) from Staffordshire university (Stoke- on-Trent) in 2014, she has developed her experience/skill set in residential conveyancing, as well as other areas of law.

Anne has acted for various clients, including first time buyers, investors, companies and high net worth conveyancing.

Anne has vast experience in residential conveyancing which has been developed and enhanced over the years and has successfully completed over 200 residential conveyancing matters within the last 4 years.

Anne prides herself in providing excellent client experience and high standards of services for clients.
