Annie joined Taylor Rose in February 2021 and works in the property team as a Consultant.
She has over 27 years experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages and has a particular proficiency with new build transactions.
Since starting Taylor Rose she has worked within the shared ownership team and is keen to develop her knowledge within this area.
A large percentage of her clients are first time buyer's with little understanding of the conveyancing process.
