Helen is a Consultant Conveyancer with over 25 years of experience of residential property.
Originally hailing from Cornwall, from where Helen's career began, she has subsequently gained extensive experience having worked for two large firms in Bristol and has spent the last 20 plus years working in Dorset and Hampshire gaining further valuable experience with other well known firms. Helen's main roles include acting for clients in relation to their property sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters, with a particular interest in unregistered and complex titles.
Helen has forged excellent relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other firms of solicitors over a number of years which is reflected by the repeat business she attracts.
