Margarita works with most clients including individuals and businesses, provides prompt service and high quality legal advice with practical solutions for her clients, whether they are first time buyers or experienced investors and developers.
In addition to sales and purchases, Margarita can undertake secured lending work including term mortgages, bridging finance or development loans. She can deal with with most property types, including HMO's, new build properties and unregistered land, as well as high value transactions, property portfolios and auction matters.
Margarita is a Consultant Solicitor and has worked in property law since 2014. After completing a law degree and post-graduate diploma in legal practice (LPC) at the University of Law, she qualified as a solicitor in March 2020.
Having gained extensive experience in residential and commercial property as well as landlord & tenant matters, Margarita's pervious work also included real estate funding, where she acted for specialist lenders.
Although Margarita is with Manchester office, she works remotely and is able to travel and meet with clients at their convenient location.
