Sophie has been working in the residential property department at Taylor Rose since 2021 and qualified as a solicitor in 2024.
Sophie has a degree in Religion, Philosophy and Ethics and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practise Course combined with a Masters in Law Business and Management at the University of Law Leeds. Sophie has also completed the Solicitor's Qualifying Exam 2.
Sophie has experience in dealing with a variety of residential property transactions - which includes both Leasehold and Freehold Sales and Purchases; High Value Transactions; Informal Lease Extensions and Remortgages. Sophie also has experience in working with First Time Buyers.
